Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer is a bloggers favourite. It has been a favourite of mine for a long time. The coverage it offers is absolutely flawless for an affordable price. It stays true to its name with the product lasting throughout the day. Another great factor of this is a little bit can go a long way. Saying this, every product has its downsides; due to it being long lasting it tends to sit in the creases of the skin after having it on for a certain amount of time. To avoid this, I apply a larger amount of moisturiser and primer in these areas, such as under my eyes, prior to applying the concealer.
Soap and Glory Kickass Duo Concealer
The great thing about this concealer is how good it is at fighting discolouration. The duo concealer colours hide my dark circles especially well and looks very natural; no matter how much you apply it does not appear cakey. Although this product does not offer as much coverage as the Collection 2000 concealer, which means I find myself applying more, it does however achieve a more natural look. Although slightly more expensive it is definitely a good buy.
Soap and Glory Kickass Crayon Concealer
Back at it again with the Soap and Glory. This concealer is great for brightening the under eye area. It feels really nice on the skin and blends out very easily. It has a very matte finish and is long lasting but because of its powdered finish, just like the collection 2000 concealer I found it sits in the skins creases; it also runs out quicker than the other products.
NYX HD Concealer
Although it does not have full coverage like the other concealers and I find myself having to build it up to get my desired result, it does leave a very nice finish. This product leaves my skin with a dewy finish and is both very affordable and natural looking. NYX itself is a cruelty free brand and is against animal testing, however in 2014 the Company was bought out by L’Oreal who sell into China; unfortunately China insists that to sell into their Country certain products have to be animal tested, meaning L’Oreal is not a cruelty free company.
I hope you have enjoyed this post. Remember different products work for different people, so it’s all about experimenting.
