DIY Green Tea Sheet Mask

What you’ll need:

A bowl

A green tea bag

Tissue paper

Step 1

Pour warm/hot water into a bowl and add a tea bag, stir the tea bag in the water to create green tea. Warm/hot water is great for opening the pores which will really allow the ingredients to get in there and do their magic. (DO NOT MAKE THE WATER TOO HOT! THAT WILL PROBABLY HURT QUITE A LOT) Green tea is really good for the skin due to it having antioxidant and anti-ageing benefits, preventing ageing of the skin.

Step 2

Stir a table spoon of honey in the water. Honey is great for soothing and healing the skin and is also great for acne prevention.

Step 3

Grab a sheet of tissue paper and cut out holes for the eyes and nose.

Step 5

Fold the sheet, place it into the water, leaving it for a couple of minutes, this will allow it to soak up all the ingredients.

Step 6

Unfold the mask and place it on your face, leaving it to sit for 15-20 minutes.

That’s It!
